Bobbi Segura is a seasoned business and nonprofit leader based in Central Iowa. With over 25 years of experience driving growth and innovation across various sectors, she is a Strategy and Operations Consultant with a strong foundation in nonprofit management. Bobbi spent a decade as Regional Manager for Women Lead Change, where she excelled as a fundraiser and played a key role in organizing impactful conferences and leadership workshops.
Her expertise spans nonprofit board development, strategic fundraising, grant writing, event planning and design. Bobbi is a talented marketing and communications leader, and is passionate about creating tailored strategies that amplify organizational impact and support client success.
